The following items are on the agenda for discussion:

1. Approve the minutes of the January, 2021 Commission meeting.
2. Request by Ms. Maureen Foley and Mr. Thomas Donnelly of Spruce Street to restrict one parking
space in front of 130 Spruce Street to Handicap Only Parking.
3. Request by Ms. Laura Wiener, Senior Transportation Planner to establish parking regulations for four
metered spaces in the Municipal lot behind the Watertown Free Public Library that are equipped with
electric vehicle charging stations.
4. Informational presentation by Ms. Laura Wiener, Senior Transportation Planner regarding pedestrian
safety improvements at the following intersections:
a. California Street and Fifth Avenue
b. Fifth Avenue and Watertown Street
c. Watertown Street, Morse Street and Belknap Terrace
5. Informational update by Sgt. Sampson of the Watertown Police Department regarding the installation
of solar powered driver feedback signs on North Beacon Street.
