On October 22, at their regular meeting, the McCall City Council
approved by motion, the amended payment schedule as presented in
your October 20 letter for the Fifth Amendment to the Cooperative
Agreement between the City and the Payette Lakes Water and Sewer
District.
Please confirm the District Board's action to accept this amend-
ment. A copy of meeting minutes would be satisfactory.
