Ioaho 83638 Re: Fifth Aendment to Cooperative Agreement between e City and Sewer District Dear Bud: Telephone: 634-7118 Area Code: 208 It was brought to m: attention by Ted Whiteman. the Sewer District Coordinator. that the schedule in Section L at page 3 of the Fifth Amendment was incorrectly labeled in that the columns headed October Amount and April 1 Amount are reversed. As you may recall we made a number of ch ges which included slipping those dates because .f the tip frame in formally_ adopting this. If you would r view at page I think it will be obvious that those columns -re reversed: the first column being labeled October 1 s'..uld be labeled April 1 and the second column should be lab- e• October 1 instead of April I. This produces the d ireeffect. namely equal semi-annual payments commen ng the -11 of 1987 and continuing thereafter for e full sch-dule. I have enclosed a re-ty0ed original and less you feel some problem with the foregoing we would simpl`.request that you insert that in lieu of the page you now have._.
