The Code of the Borough of Carteret is hereby amended and supplemented to include the following: ONE- WAY STREETS Parkine Name of Street Direction Location Permitted Leibig Lane East Between Roosevelt A venue South (CR #602) & Peter J. Sica Memorial Industrial Highway Section 2. All Ordinances and/or provisions thereof inconsistent "-'ith the provision of this Ordinance shall be and are hereby repealed as to the extent of any such inconsistencies. Section 3. If any section, subsection, part, clause or phrase of th s Ordinance shall be - declared invalid by judgment of any Court of competent juri diction, the section, subsection, part, clause or phrase shall be deemed to be sever able om the remainder of this Ordinance. Based upon a field investigation conducted by this office, your requ st for the above referenced regulation has been found to be warranted and can be recommend d for approval. Municipal Officials should now submit to this office a sealed certifie adopted copy of ORDINANCE No. 06-25, with the following changes: ONE-WAY STREETS: The following described streets or parts of streets are hereby desig ated as One-Way Streets in the direction indicated.
