The current Development Ordinance Bulk Schedule c ntained in Chapter 160, entitled LAND DEVELOPMENT, of the Code of the Borough of Carteret is hereby deleted in its entirety and shall be r placed with a new Development Ordinance Bulk Schedule, a -copy of w ieh is on file and available for inspection at the Borough Clerk's 0 Ice, located at 61 Cooke Avenue, Carteret, NJ 07008, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4pm. Upon adoption ofthi5 ordinance, the aforementi ned Bulk Schedule I shall be attached hereto and be made a part hereof. Section 2. All ordinances and/or provisions thereof inconsistent ith the provision of I this ordinance shall be and are hereby repealed as to th extent of any such inconsistencies. \1 Section 3. If any section, subsection, part, clause or phrase of thi ordinance shall be declared invalid by judgment of any Court of compe nt jurisdiction, the I section, subsection, part, clause or phrase shall be dee ed to be severable from the remainder of this ordinance.
