To facilitate proper project supervision and monitoring, I hereby request that the Town of Gulf Stream grant William Wietsma Company a permit to place a temporary construction trailer on this site, beginning September 1, 2008, and ending April 15, 2009. The attached site plan shows the proposed location of the trailer on the site. While the northeast corner of the site is the only practical location where the trailer will have access to temporary power and telephone without blocking necessary construction work, we have oriented the narrow end of the trailer towards the street to minimize any objectionable views as much as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please notify my office if any additional information is required. Respectfully su mitted, Mic ael J William Wietsma Company, Inc.
