REQUEST: Provide copies of the 24 x 36 (approximate size) sheets of paper with text mounted on
the two display boards that were situated on easels in the lobby of the Gulf Stream Town Hall on
9/22/15, that referred to or mentioned Martin O'Boyle or Christopher O'Hare and what the Town of Gulf
Stream stated were their aliases which are in the possession of the Town of Gulf Stream.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING REQUEST: The term "Town of Gulf Stream" shall
mean each of the following: the Town of Gulf Stream, its Commissioners- its Manager, its emplovees, its
Police Department, its Police Officers and its Counsel (including, without limitation, the following law
firms) Sweetavole, Broeker & Varkus: Richman Greer- PA: and Jones. Foster. Johnston & Stubbs.
(including, without limitation, the attorneys, emplovees and partners of each such law firm.)
THIS REQUEST IS MADE PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 1, SECTION 24 OF THE FLORIDA CONSTITUTION AND CHAPTER 119,

The Town of Gulf Stream received your public records requests on October 6, 2015. You should

The Town may incur expenses for the production of documents. You are responsible for the
costs of duplication, as allowed by Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and you may also incur a
special service charge for the labor needed to respond to this request.
The Town will require 1 hours of administrative support at $40.51 per hour, the labor cost of the
personnel providing the service, per Fla. Stat. § I I9.07(4)(d). Delray Blueprint will also need
$1.50 per page for the copies. If the costs of producing these documents will exceed your
deposit, the Town will provide you with an initial production of responsive records and an
estimate for the production of any additional responsive records. If the costs of production are
less than the deposit, the Town will provide you with the responsive records and a refund.

Upon receipt of your deposit, the Town will use its very best efforts to further respond to your

We are in receipt of your deposit in the amount of $33.38 for the production of public records in
response to the request above. As reflected in the Town's October 13, 2015 response to your
request, the Town understands your request to seek 2406 inch duplications of the presentation
boards that you have identified. Before proceeding to duplicate those presentation boards,
however, the Town attaches the electronic copies of the referenced records. If you deem these
electronic records fully responsive to your request, please advise, and the Town will immediately
refund the full amount of your deposit. If not, the Town will proceed with the hard copy
duplications.
