A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FRASER STRATEGIC PLAN
WHEREAS, the Fraser Town Board, Planning Commission, staff, and community
participated in a downtown planning initiative with the Community Builders Team in Fall
2016; and
WHEREAS, the Community Builders Team has produced a technical assistance report that
provides strategies for near-term and long-term enhancements to downtown Fraser; and
WHEREAS, the community engagement and the report serve as a foundation for making the
vision for downtown Fraser a reality.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
The Town Board hereby adopts the attached Downtown Fraser Strategic Plan and commits to
the implementation of key next steps as detailed in the attached document.
DULY MOVED, SECONDED AND ADOPTED THIS 18th DAY OF January 18, 2017.
