APPROVING CDŒJG ROGRAM BUDGET TRAN FER

'VHEREAS, the Community Dev lopment Board desires to tra sfef $18,700.00
from the 2005-2006 CDBG Progr m from the School Low/Mod Assistance Fund
to a project to retrofit the Office f Emergency Management (C EM) vehicle for
the purpose aruse in the Borough f Cartcret; and
\VHEREAS, it is the consensus f the Community Deve!opme t Board that the
transfer is warranted; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R SOLVED that the Mayor an Council of the
Borough of Carteret hereby cons en s to and approves said transfer

Board Members to ascertain if the~e w re any objections to the tr nsfer of $18,700 funds from the
CDBG 2005 School Uniform Ass/stan e Project to a Project of etrofitting of the OEM Vehicle
for the purpose of use in the BorOjgh 0 Carteret
The majority of Board Members wer contacted yesterday, an all are in favor of the project
