THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. 464
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING VEHICLE PARKING
WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS BY AMENDING SECTION
12.1.10 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section 1. Amendina Section 12.1.10 of the Code
Section 12.1.10 of the Code of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas is amended to
read as follows:
"Section 12.1.10 Vehicle Parking Prohibited
The Governing Body having determined it to be in the best interest of the
health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Bel Aire, Kansas, that vehicle parking
be prohibited on the north side of Perryton Street, between Edgemoor Street and
Auburn Street; on the east side of Parkwood Street between 37th Street North
and 38th Street North; the south side of 38th Street North commencing from the
east side of the intersection with Parkwood Street and proceeding east for a
distance of 35 feet; on the west and south sides of the street commencing from
the north side of the intersection of Parkwood Street and 38th Street North and
proceeding north and west for a distance of 350 feet, and on the east and north
sides of the street between the intersection of Park wood Street and 38th Street
North and the intersection of Parkwood Street and 39th Street North, said parking
is hereby prohibited.
Section 2. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the official city newspaper.
