A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PLANNING AND
BUILDING PERMIT FEES FOR THE CITY OF MOAB
WHEREAS, the Moab City Council finds it necessary to
establish fees for planning and building permits,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Moab City
Council that the planning and building permit fees for the City
of Moab shall be as follows and that said fees shall be
nonrefundable.
Building Permit Fees
Uniform Building Code Fee Structure, Plan Review Fees and
All Other Fees Established by the Uniform Building Code.
Flood Plain Permits
Elevation $20.00
Building Inspections (for structures) $15.00
Flood Channel Inspections Surveying Costs
Fines
Fines for Zoning Violations $50.00

Professional Services
Reimbursement for actual expenses incurred --includes special
requests for staff time, engineering, attorney, and other
