EXECUTIVE SESSION
MINUTES
OCTOBER 11, 2005 6:00 PM CITY HALL BOARDROOM
L Call to Order; Roll Call
A. Mayor Nancy A. Michael called the executive session to order at 6:05 PM
B. Clerk Treasurer, Teresa P. Glenn recorded the following persons to be present:
1. Greencastle Common Council
a) Mark Hammer, Russ Evans, and Tom Roach
2. Greencastle/Putnam County Development Center
a) Bill Dory, Executive Director
3. Also present were
a) Glen Morrow, City of Greencastle Engineer
b) Mike Neese, WWTP Superintendent
® c) Shannon Norman, City of Greencastle Planner
d) Lear Corporation Representatives Present were: Steve Bingman, Erick
Priest and Kirk Fisher.

A. An executive session of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle was held
October 11, 2005 at 6:00 PM. to discuss I.C. 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(3). No other matters
were discussed.
III. Adjourn
A. Meeting was adjourned at 6:55 PM
