RESOLUTION F R A FEASIBILITY STUDY
\\'HEREAS, the Governing Bod of the Townshin of Wood ridlle and the
Borough of Carteret. have agreed to apply for a ,\'HARE (Sh ring Available
Resources Efficiently) Program Gr I1t through the State of New Jersey SHARE
Program in the Amount $ TBD nel
\\lHEREAS, the Township of Wo dbridl!e has agreed to be the lead agency in
this program; and
\VHEREAS, the State of New Jers y has made SHARE grants av ilable to assist
local units to study, develop and ill emcnt new shared and region services; and
\VI-IEREAS, the purpose of this É 'ant is promote shared servic s between our
local units through the sharing of ¿ ncral Administrative Service that would be
beneficia! to both local units; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R SOLVED by the Govemin Body of the
Borough of Carteret that the Borom 1 of Carteret does hereby join vith TownshiD
ofWoodbride.c in applying for a gra t for the purpose ofa feasibîlit study of such
an endeavor; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED th t the Borough of Carteret agr s to provide a
portion of the required local matcl iog funds in the amount of $ TBD as its
contribution to the study's cost.
