This is to confirm that at the Public Hearing held by the Town
Commission this date, May 14, 2010, your application for a Level
3 Architectural /Site Plan Review and a Special Exception to
permit the addition of a 179 sq. ft. to an existing Bermuda style
single story dwelling with a non - conforming setback was considered.
The application was approved as submitted and recommended by the
Architectural Review and Planning Board. This approval shall
expire on May 14, 2011 if a Building Permit Application,
