ORDINANCE NO. 2380-1969
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A "SPECIAL USE"
IN R-2 Si le Famil DISTRICTS
OF ORDINANCE 2325-1968 COMMONLY KNOWN AS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, INDIANA - APPROVED JUKE 3, 1968
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, as
follows:
SECTION 1. As provided in Article 21, Section Oil and Article 46 of Ordinance
2325 commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Richmond,
Indiana the following described real estate is allowed as a Special
Use to wit: 35 unit apartment complex to be located at 220 N. W.
13th Street, Richmond, Indiana
Lot 53 - Gardner Hillcrest Addition
SECTION 2. As a condition of the aforesaid Special Use and as an additional
restriction on said use, the following requirements shall here-
after and at all times be met by the owner, leasee or any other
person, firm or corporation using such real estate.

SECTION 3. The Zoning Administrator of the City of Richmond is hereby
authorized and directed, upon enactment and publication of
this ordinance, to record and approve the issuance of a
permit for the establishment of the use herein allowed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval by the Mayor and publications as by law
required.
