AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2325-1968, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICIiMOND, INll1ANA, ADOPTED JUNE 3, 1968.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
as follows:
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, the Zoning Map which is a part of Ordinance No.
2325-1968, designates and described as R-3 One
to Eight Family Residence District, the following
described property located in the City of Richmond,
Indiana, to wit:
All that certain lot or parcel of land situated
in the City of Richmond, Indiana, being a part of
the Northeast Quarter and a part of the Southeast
Quarter, both being in Section Thirty-three (33)
Township Fourteen (14) North Range One (1) West in
the said City of Richmond, Indiana, and being Lots
One (1) through Nine (9), both inclusive, Forty-five
(45) and Forty-six (46), and One Hundred Thirty-one
(131) in the Grand Boulevard Addition to the City
of Richmond, and a portion of vacated North 23rd
Street and a part of a vacated 15 foot alley lying
west of said Lots numbered One (1) through Five (5)
and containing an area of 4.53 acres more or less,
commonly known as 620 North 22nd Street, Richmond,
Indiana, formerly Seton Leather Company of Indiana.
SECTION 2. tiWIREAS, it is the intent and purpose hereof to change the
zoning classification of the above described area
from R-3 to M-2.
SECTION 3. WHEREAS, a study of this Ordinance was conducted by the
Richmond City Plan Commission on the Ib

in or affected by this Ordinance.

NOW THEREFORE:
SECTION 5- It is hereby ordained that the Zoning Classification of the
above described property be, and the same is hereby
changed to M -'' and that said property
be regulated in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Richmond, Indiana, and all amendments
thereto:
SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall be in full force and affect from and
after its passage and publication as by law required.
