BE IT ORDAINED

ZON 1. WHEREAS, the•-Zon3ng-Map which is a part of Ordinance No. 2325-
1968, designates and describes as R-2 Single Family District, the
following described.property located in the City of Richmond,
Indiana, to wit: ff,
m Lots 15-16-17 South View Addition commonly knMn 1626-1634
b~ South 14th Street, Richmond, Indiana.
SECTION 2 WHEREAS, it is the intent and purpose hereof to change the
zoning classification of the above, described area from R-2 to
R-3.

SECTION 3. WHEREAS, a study of this Ardinan as conducted by t e Ric mond
City Plan Commission on the day of ,
