AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE THE SUM OF $59,810.20 - EARNINGS FROM
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SECURITIES FROM THE 1967 CITY BUILDING
BOND ISSUE OF $1,500,000.00 FOR COMPLETION OF NEW CITY BUILDING.
WHEREAS, there is a need for funds to do those things necessary to
complete the new City Building, and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE C0MNON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RICHMOND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That for the expanses of the City goverment and its
institutions for the year sanding December 31, 1969, the following
amount of money is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the
Earnings from United States Government Securities from. the 1967
City Building Bond Issue of $1,500,000.00 for completion of the
new City Building. Said sure being subject to all laws governing
the same and such amount appopriated shall be held to include all
expenditures authorized to ba made during the year, unless expressly
stipulated by law.
SECTION 2. That for the said fiscal period, there is hereby appro-
priated from United States Government Securites from the 1967 City
Building Bond Issue of $1,500,000.00 for completion of the new
City Building, the following specified amount to meet the extra-
ordinary emergencies hereby declared to exists

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject
to the laws of the State of Indiana, governing emergency appro-
priations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Coi Cou cil of the City of Richmond,
