We understand that you will be meeting October 6, 1992 to discuss
matters relating to the City Water System, especially the extensions in
the vicinity of the airport.
We wish to remind you of the agreement of June 8, 1992 (para 4.04)
in which Brown's Industries, Inc. and the City of McCall agreed to
arrangements to facilitate the water system now being installed at the
Payette Lakes Commercial Center Subdivision. Construction is on schedule
and we expect completion on or about November 1, 1992. Buyers are
literally lining up and we expect immediate sales at that time.
It is imperative that the City be moving forward simultaneously to
complete its portion of the water system to serve this new development.
Please advise us of city plans and schedules so as not to cause any
problems or delays.
