In accordance with the Subdivision Agreement between
Brown's Industries, Inc. and the City of McCall, the water
system improvements under Section 4.04 A have been
completed except for the crossing of Highway 55. Brown's
Industries, Inc. will pay for the cost of installing the
water system to the center of Highway 55 when the City of
McCall installs the water line from the Airport to center
of Highway 55. Attached is a letter from J-U-B Engineers,
Inc. stating the water system has been installed in accordance
with the approved plans and specifications.
Brown's Industies, Inc. will provide the City of McCall
the as built drawings as soon as they are completed and will
grant the City of McCall an easement for the water line if
needed.
Brown's Industries, Inc. dedicates the water line to the
City of McCall's water system for the perpetual ownership and
maintenance of the water system by the City of McCall.

Dear Mr. DeBoer:
Per our Engineering Services Agreement, J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc., has
performed the necessary Construction Observation Services for the
installation of the domestic water main, gravity sewer main and
pressure sewer main for the above -referenced project.
At this time, we can inform you that the domestic waterline
installation is complete, in accordance with the approved plans and
specifications. The waterline has been installed, backfilled,
flushed, disinfected, pressure tested and water samples taken in
accordance with said specifications. We have verbal confirmation
from Alchem Laboratory in Boise, Idaho, that the water sample taken
from the new water main meets current water quality standards. A
copy of these results will be forwarded to you as soon as they are
received.
The sanitary sewer has not been completed as of this date.
Therefore, a separate letter will be delivered to you upon its
completion. In addition, we will incorporate the necessary record
drawing information as will be supplied by your surveyor, Kerr
Surveying.
