A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF MOAB CITY
STATING OPPOSITION TO THE ACQUISITION
OF THE KEYSTONE PITS
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in the County's efforts to
acquire CIB funds for the purchase of the Keystone Pits the City
wishes to express it's lack of support for the purchase of these
pits.
THEREFORE, unforseen liabilities and safety concerns and in
the best interest of the residents of the entire Moab Valley, Moab
City Council stands against the acquisition of the Keystone Pits.
