Brown's Industries, Inc. has constructed Commerce Street in
accordance with the agreement dated June 8, 1992 between Brown's
Industries, Inc. and the City of McCall. Under the terms of the
agreement, Commerce Street would be dedicated to the City of
McCall after the construction was complete. Attached is a letter
from Gary Lee from J-U-B Engineers stating that the construction
of the road was completed in accordance with the plans and
specifications submitted to the City of McCall. Brown's
Industries, Inc. hereby dedicates Commerce Street to the City of

Subdivision, McCall, Idaho and JACOB MANOR MOBILE HOME PARK
We have received additional testing information from Howard
Consultants, Inc. and Alchem Laboratory for the road compaction
testing and water quality samples for the above -referenced project.
It appears from the compaction testing results that the road base
and asphalt pavement have been installed in accordance with the
plans and specifications. A letter dated October 7, 1993 from HCI
to Gary Blaylock indicates that the test data and results were
delivered to you then.
In addition, the domestic water line was sampled after the
disinfection and flushing operation was complete by the contractor.
These test results from Alchem Laboratory indicate that the sample
was free from total coliforms in accordance with specifications.
