ORDINANCE NO. /7 3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING .SECTION 2-307 OF THE VILLAGE
OF McCALL CODE OF 1949 ; PROVIDING THE ANNUAL LICENSE FOR
AMUSEMENT DEVICES; LICENSE FEES; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
ISSUANCE OF QUARTERLY LICENSES.` AND HALF-YEARLY LICENSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO:
Section 1. That Section 2-307 of the Village of McCall
Code of 1949 be and the same is amended to read
as follows, to-wit:
The license fee for coin operated amusement de-
vices is hereby fixed at the sum of f 500.00 for
the full calendar year, but this shall be pro-
rated as follows:
For the first quarter of the calendar year, the
sum of ti125.00; for the second quarter of the
calendar year, the sum of ti,>l25. 00; for the last
half of the calendar year, the sum of 250. 00.
Section 2. All licenses issued for the first and second
quarters of the calendar year shall expire on
the last day of the quarter during which the same
are issued. Licenses issued during the last half
of the calendar year shall expire on the 31st day
of December of such year.
:Section 3. Such license shall be in such form as the Clerk
shall prescribe and it shall bear the signature
of the Clerk and the Seal of the Village. Each
license shall be affixed to the coin operated

amusement device in a conspicuous place and shall
be cancelled by cutting in criss-cross with a
sharp instrument on the face thereof.
