A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A "BUILDING OFFICIAL"
WHEREAS, Paul Seibert has heretofore been Moab Building
Inspector, and "Moab City Inspector;" and
WHEREAS, the 1991 Uniform Building Code adopted by the City of
Moab makes reference to the "Building Official;"
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Moab City Council
that Paul Seibert be appointed, an addition to the above, "Moab
Building Official."
DONE IN OPEN COUNCIL THIS 1ST day of OCTOBER
