OF McCALL, CODE OF 1911.9, RELATING TO THE BUSINESS
OF OPE.t r4TING COIN OPERATED AMU3rf,:.ENT DEVICES UPON

ING FOR THE LICENSING OF SUCH PREMISES; AND PROVID-

Be it ordained b•r the Chairman and isoard of Trustees
of the Villtre of McCall, Idaho;
Section 1. That Sec. 2-302 of the Village of T',icCall
Code of 1949 be and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows :
2-302 Lice-.se for Premises. The Clerk of the Village
of McCall is hereby authorized to issue a license to any
person, firm, co-pertnrship, corporation or association for
the establishment of the business of operating coin operated
amusement devices upon specific premises within the Village
of i'IcCell upon application being duly made and approved by
the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall
and upon the payment of a license fee in 2um of
`aoZQ.00 P)er year or fraction thereof. All
licenses issued shall expire on December 31st of the year in
which the sage are Issued.
Section 2. That Sec. 2-302 or the Village of McCall
Code of 1949 as originally worded be, and the same is, her-Joy
renesled. •
