ORDINANCE NO. /7r)
AN ORDINANCE TERMED "THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION
BILL", APPROPRIATING SUCH SUMS OF MONEY AS ARE
DEEMED NECESSARY TO DEFRAY ALL NECESSARY EXPENSES
AND LIABILITIES OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO,
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1953-�954, AND FIXING THE TAX
LEVY FOR THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAAHO, FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1953-1954.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF `1iE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated to defray
all necessary expenses of the Village of McCall, Valley County,
Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing May,l, 1953, and ending
April 30,. 1954, the sum of 93,930.00, which said sum shall be
appropriated to the several funds of said Village as follows,
to-wit:
General Fund $ 78,500. 00
Special Funds
Fire Department 1,500. 00
• Library 2,100.00
Airport 3,000.00
Recreation 1, 000.00
Street Oiling 4,000.00 - --
Street Sprinkling 2,000.00
Bonds, Interest & Sinking 1,830.00
Total p 93,930.00
Section 2, Pursuant to said appropriation contained
in Section 1 hereof, the following tax is hereby levied on each
dollar of taxable property in the Village of McCall, Idaho, for
the year 1953, to-wit:

Section 3. The Chairman and Clerk of this Board are
hereby ordered and directed to certify the above levies to the
Tax Collestor and the Auditor of Valley County, Idaho, the same
to be placed by the Tax Collector upon the proper tax lists to
be collected in the manneriprovided by law for the collection of
State and County taxes in Valley County, Idah..
