RESOLUTION NO. 00 -3973
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING FACSIMILE SIGNATURE
FOR THE DRAWING OF WARRANTS AND CHECKS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Government Code Section 37203 the following method is
prescribed for the drawing of all warrants and checks:
All warrants and checks shall be drawn upon the joint signatures of two of the
following officers: 1) City Manager; 2) City Attorney; 3) City Treasurer; 4) City Clerk.
SECTION 2. Martin Cole, as City Manager, is hereby appointed as an authorized
signer effective December 19, 2000.
SECTION 3. Charles Martin, as City Attorney, is hereby appointed as an authorized
signer effective December 19, 2000.
SECTION 4. The City Council of the City of Temple City does hereby authorize the
City Treasurer to utilize Facsimile Signatures for the following personnel pursuant to Section
37203 of the Government Code.

SECTION 5. These signatures are hereby approved for the drawing of warrants and

SECTION 6. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
resolution.

I, City Clerk of the City of Temple City, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution,
Resolution No. 00 -3973, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a
regular meeting held on the 19th day of December 2000, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilman - Breazeal, Brook, Gillanders, Wilson, Souder
NOES: Councilman -None
