Leesburg Christmas Tree and Menorah Lighting Ceremony
Kicks Off First Friday Celebration on December 7, 2018
Leesburg, VA (November 30, 2018) – The Town of
Leesburg invites everyone to this year’s Christmas
Tree and Menorah lighting ceremony, on the Town
Green (25 W Market Street), on Friday, December 7,
2018.
The ceremony will begin at 6 p.m. with a musical
prelude and holiday message from Leesburg Mayor
Kelly Burk, followed by the lighting of the Menorah
and tree. The festivities will continue with musical
performances from local schools.
Plan to stay in downtown Leesburg after the
ceremony for Leesburg’s First Friday. Over 45
downtown shops, restaurants and businesses will be
open late, with live music, special sales and holiday
