1. CALL TO ORDER - Chair Brown called the meeting to order at 10:23 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: Board Members; Green, Anderson, deRyk-Jones, Vice Chair Dee, and Chair
Brown.
Staff Present: Dan Wilkins, Public Works Director/Town Engineer, Tony Lashbrook,
Executive Director, and Judy Price, Board Secretary.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - deferred.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT - None.
5. CONSENT CALENDAR
The consent calendar was moved by Board Member Green and seconded by Board
Member Anderson.

Recommended Action: Approve Minutes.
The.motion carried with the following vote:

Ayes: Board Member Anderson, Chair Brown, Vice Chair Dee, Board Member
Green and Board Member deRyk-Jones.
Noes: None.
Absent: None.
Abstain: None.
The motion passed unanimously.

DISCUSSION ITEMS
Budget Amendment and Notice of Completion for the 2008 Bridge Street at-grade
Railroad Crossing Project, Capital Improvement Project (CIP) 60-08-13.
Recommended Action: Amend the 2008 Bridge Street at-grade Railroad Crossing Project
(CIP 60-08-13) budget by an additional $107,089 for a total project budget amount of
$257,089, and authorize the Town Engineer to file a Notice of Completion for the project.
Dan Wilkins, Public Works Director/Town Engineer, presented from the Staff report.
Chair Brown opened the item for public comment.
Seeing none, Chair Brown closed public comment.

The Staff recommendation was moved by Vice Chair Dee, seconded by Board
Member deRyk-Jones, with the following_vote:
