Dear Delta James,
The directors of the Laura Moore Cunningham Foundation, Inc. gladly present your
organization with an award of$15,000.00 for our fiscal year 2017-2018. This grant is
designated to Payette Lake non -motorized access and swim area.
Please note that endorsement and deposit of the enclosed check signify that you
agree that this grant is conditional upon the following terms: 1) the tax exempt status of
your organization is still valid; 2) the funds will be used only for the purposes outlined in
your grant application; 3) you will submit the attached final grant report no later than
March 15, 2019; 4) your organization will repay, upon demand, the Laura Moore
Cunningham Foundation, Inc. for the entire amount of the grant if any of these terms is
not fulfilled. If you do not agree to these terms, please return the check by July 31, 2018.
Please deposit the check promptly. Please use the entire Foundation name for all
recognition purposes (Laura Moore Cunningham Foundation, Inc.). Any press releases
must be authorized by the Foundation prior to release.
