Thank you for your correspondence that the Town of Gulf Stream received on October 11, 2015.
We understand this request to correlate to public records request GS#1839, which has been
administratively closed due to no response from the clarification letter we sent you on August 28,
2015. We are treating this current request as a new public records request. Your new request
can be found at the following link: httv://www2.gulf-
stream.org/weblink/O/doc/67627/Paizel.=x. In future correspondence, please refer to this
public records request by the above referenced number.
This letter requests clarification of your request before determining whether to provide you with
an estimate of deposit for the extensive use of information technology resources or extensive
clerical or supervisory assistance as described in Fla. Stat. § 119.07(4)(d). The Town is not
aware of the membership status of the Gulf Stream Civic Association at a given time. Could you
please be more specific of either a certain name that is involved with the Gulf Stream Civic
Association or a topic of discussion that would have been discussed with the Gulf Stream Civic
Association? This request for clarification is done as a courtesy to you to ensure the Town is
able to accurately and promptly provide you with either an estimate, if necessary, or production
of the public records you seek.
Please clarify the above request as indicated and the Town of Gulf Stream will proceed with
fulfilling your request, or providing you an estimate of the cost of production based on your
clarification.
