DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE OF A RAFFLE LICENS TO THE
ROTARY CLUB OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, application has been properly made to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret by the Rotary Club of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the applicants are qualified to be I censed and the
members designated to conduct RAFFLES and to assist are bon fide members
of the applicant; and
\VHEREAS, the applicants have signified that the games wi 1 be played in
accordance with Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of hance Control
Commission's Regulations; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RES LVED by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCarteret, that the MunicipaJ Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the endorsement of the Mayor and Council by
issuing proper presentation of application and fees, a RAFFLE ICENSE to the
applicant;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Re olution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commi sion, P.O. Box
46000, Newark, New Jersey 07101.
CERTIFICATION
I hereby certify that this Resolution is a true copy of the riginal
adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Cart ere ,County of
Middlesex State of New Jersey, at the Counci1 Meeting eld on
