Attorney Killen's letter of November 14, 1988 was reviewed by the
city staff and by the City Council on November 21, 1988. This letter
is' to confirm that the October 1988, installed a diversion device as
anticipated by-the "Deinhard Lane Sewer Line Allocation Agreement"
dated March 21, 1987, between the City and the District. Plans for
the~project were submitted to and approved by the District prior to
constriction as the agreement required.
In his letter, your attorney has identified the relevant costs
.for the diversion and this letter acknowledges those as the relevant
costs,I namely a monthly payments beginning November 1988 of $558.61
and a net buy-in of $62,405.14.
I trust this letter will confirm the execution in full of the
diverSion portions of our agreement. We truly appreciate your help
and 'cooperation in this project.
