RESOLUTION NO. 01 -3991
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 53396 AND CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT 00 -1439, A REQUEST TO ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF A
RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM PROJECT WITH EIGHT (8) DETACHED
DWELLING UNITS ON PROPERTY WHICH IS ZONED R -3 AT 6219 -6225
ROSEMEAD BOULEVARD (ACCULEND, LLC /DO /MAYON ENGINEERING)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon information contained in the staff report to the City Council
and information contained in the Planning Commission staff report as well as the Planning
Commission minutes and based upon testimony. receved at a noticed pubic hearing before the
City Council on February 20, 2001, the City Council approves a requested Tentative Tract Map
and Conditional Use Permit based upon the findings and subject to the conditions contained in
Planning Commission Recolution No. 01- 1972PC.
SECTION 2. This project should not result in significant effects upon the environment,
and a Negative Declaration has been prepared in accordance with the State CEQA Guidelines.
The initial statement as prepared indicates there is no potential for adverse impact upon the
environment as it relates to all wild animals, birds, plants, fish, amphibians and related ecological
communities, including the habitat upon which the wildlife depends for its continued viability.
SECTION 3. Accordingly, Tentative Tract Map No. 53396 and Conditional Use Permit
00 -1439 are hereby approved.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to passage and adoption of this Resolution
and enter it into the Book of Original Resolutions.

I, City Clerk of the City of Temple City, do hereby certify that Resolution No. 01 -3991 was
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Temple City held on the 20th day of
February, 2001. It was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved and
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City clerk at a regular meeting held on the 20th of
February, 2001 by the following vote:
