Dear Bud:
As per our conversation the Deinhard Lane Sewer Line agreement has been
examined and amended with regard to the recent installation of the diver-
sion structure on the Payette Lakes Water & Sewer District sewer line
located near Mission Road along Deinhard Lane.
It is the Payette Lakes Water & Sewer District's understanding that the
structure is operational and has been accepted by the City's Engineer.
At my request, Mr. Bill Killen has recalculated the buy -in figure using
the same criteria as was used in the original agreement but with less
line to be utilized. Please find the enclosed copy of correspondence.
The new figure to be paid to the Payette Lakes Water & Sewer District
by the City of McCall is $558.61 per month which is revised down from
$1,000.93 which was the previous amount.
