RESOLUTION NO. 24-91
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A PRE -APPLICATION FORM AND FEE
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Moab City Council that all
applicants for Moab City business licenses of every kind shall,
prior to making application for said license, complete a pre -
application form, provided by Moab City, and pay a $15.00 pre -
application fee, which fee shall be non-refundable to the
applicant, whether the license is granted or not.
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of
the Governing Body of Moab City Council this
November
