A SPECIAL ORDINANCE CREATING A PARK FACILITIES
NON-REVERTING CAPITAL FUND
WHEREAS, City of Richmond, Indiana, desires to establish a non-reverting fund to be used for capital improvement projects in the city parks.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, as follows:
A new fund (#262) to be known as the Park Facilities Non-Reverting Capital Fund is hereby created.
Revenue sources for said fund shall come from the following:
Transfers from the Park and Recreation Fund (Fund No. 219)
Grants
Interest Income
Any other sources deemed appropriate
All appropriations from this fund must be approved by Common Council.
Expenditures from this fund shall include but not be limited to construction of and/or improvements to major permanent facilities and structures within the public parks of the City of
Richmond, Indiana.
Passed and adopted this 21st day of August, 2000, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
