"RESOLUTION APPROVING TilE RENEWAL OF V RIOUS
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL LICENSES FOR
THE 2006-2007 LICENSE TERM"
WHEREAS, pursuant to an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Alcoh lic Beverages", as
amended and also by certain rules and regulations adopted by the Go eming Body of the
Borough of Carterct, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, an a p1ication has been
made by the undersigned in due and proper fonn and have paid the necessary fees
therefore; and
\\lHEREAS, the application has been reviewed and no objections I aye been made for
the renewal of said license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough Cartcrct, County of Middlesex, State of ew Jersey that a
Plenary Retail Consumption License is granted and issued to the stabJishment listed
below:
LICENSE # 1201-33-001-009 beld by Nikk, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk be and i hereby authorized
and directed to issue an Alcoholic Beverage License to the applic I1t listed above, in
accordance with the application heretofore made and approved, ha iog said Alcoholic
Beverage Control License become effcctive September 21, 2006 an to expire June 30,
2007; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution be
forwarded, with original application and proper fees, to the State of w Jersey, Division
of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, CN 087, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-
0087.
