AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 06-187 REDESIGNATING WEST CARTERET
MINUE STREET RETAIL REDEVELOPMENT A :EA- PHASE II
-
WHEREAS, by Ordinance 06-47 passed on September 7, the orough of Carteret (the
"Borough") adopted a Redevelopment Plan for the redevelopm nt of the West Carteret
Minuc Street Rctail Redevelopment Area- Phase II; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
ofCarteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follow:
1.
That the designation as provided for pursuant to esolution No. 06-187 is
hereby fe-designated and ~xtended at the sole an exclusive discretion of
the Borough to the WCMSRRA- Phase II, su 'ect to all of the other
conditions provided for therein.
