RESOLUTION NO. 01 -3998
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE DIRECTOR OF COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICT 15
WHEREAS, as provided by law, the duly elected Mayor of the City of Temple City, namely Cathe
Wilson is a member of the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No. 15 of Los Angeles County;
and
WHEREAS, another member of the City Council must be appointed to act as Alternate Director in
the absence, refusal or inability of the said Mayor to so act.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA, DOES
RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Kenneth Gillanders is hereby selected and designated as an alternate member of the
Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No. 15 of Los Angeles County to act in the place of the
presiding officer of the City Council during his absence, inability or refusal to act as a member of said Board
of Directors.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution, Resolution No. 01 -3998, was duly adopted by the City
Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of April, 2001, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilman - Souder, Vizcarra, Zovak, Gillanders, Wilson
NOES: Councilman -None
