Call to Order; Roll Call
A. Mayor Michael called the special session of the Common Council of
Greencastle to order at 5:00 PM. All present except Mark Hammer.
II. Public Petitions and Comments
A. None
III. Old Business
A. Ordinance 2005 -18 — An Ordinance Fixing the Salaries of the Elected Officer of
the City of Greencastle for the Year 2006, second reading
0 1. Bob Sedlack made a motion to approve Ordinance 2005 -18 on second
reading, John Lanie second, unanimous approval.
IV. New Business
A. Mark Hammer arrived at 5:04 PM.
B. Resolution 2005 -39 — A Resolution Authorizing Additional Transfers Of
Appropriations In The 2005 Budget For The City of Greencastle
1. Motion by John Lanie to approve, second by Russ Evans, unanimous
approval.
C. Resolution 200540 — A Resolution Authorizing A Temporary Loan For The city
Of Greencastle General Fund
1. Motion by Mark Hammer second by John Lanie, unanimous approval.
D. Resolution 2005 -35 —A Resolution Authorizing Encumbrances in The 2005
City of Greencastle Budget
1. Motion by Russ Evans, second by Mark Hammer, unanimous approval.
V. Approval of City Claims
A. John Lanie motion to approve as presented, Bob Sedlack second, unanimous
approval.
VI. Clerk Treasurer Report
A. Teresa Glenn gave a brief over view of finances for the City.
VII. Adjournment
