NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOROUGH BOROUGH OF CARTERET, IN THE COUNTY OF'MIDDLESE FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Mayor of the BOrough of Cart authorized to convey and to execute all doc to convey to the Property to the Carteret R Agency. Section 2. The Mayor of the Borough of Carteret is hereby authorized to convey and 10 execute all documents necessary to convey to the Property to the Carteret Redevelopment Agency. Section 2. The Property shall be conveyed to tile Cart~ret Housi~~ Au.thority by private sale for the nominal consláeratlon of $1.00 pursuant to N.J.S.A.40A:12A-39. ~3. This ordinance shall take effect upon publication and final passage according to law.
