CITY OF MEDINA
PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the City of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 659, an ordinance pertaining
to accessory structures. The ordi-
nance provides for a reduction of
setbacks for accessory structures
in certain circumstances based on
the size of the structure and the
size of the lot. The ordinance also
allows for larger accessory struc-
tures on larger parcels.
The full text of the ordinance is
available from the city clerk at Me-
dina city hall during regular busi-
ness hours.
