DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE OF A RAFFLE LICE
HOLY FAMILY R.c. CHURCH AND RHEMA WO
WHEREAS, application has been properly made to the Ma or and Council of
the Borough of Carteret by the Holy Family R.c. Church nd Rhema Word '-
Ministries; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the applicants are qualified to e licensed and the
members designated to conduct RAFFLES and to assist are ona fide members
ofthe applicant; and
WHEREAS, the applicants have signified that the games will be played in
accordance with Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games f Chance Control
Commission's Regulations; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY R ,SOLVED by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Munic pal Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the endorsement of the Ma or and Council by
issuing proper presentation of application and fees, a RAFFL LICENSE to the
applicants;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Com ission, P,O, Box
46000, Newark, New Jersey 0710t
