ORDINANCE NO.58O
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM..C-1'' TO "R-5'' ON CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THECORPORATE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS.
WHEREAS, The legal description of the tract of land is as follows:
Leqal Description
That part of the SW1/4 of Sec. 17, T265. R
described as beginning at the southwest corn
Sedgwick County, Kansas; thence N69.26'11"
feet to the southeast corner of Lot 15 in said a
of way line of Lycee Street, 339.71 feet; thence102.76 feet; thence S89.16'45',W, 130.19 feet

Said tract of land contains 86,639 square feet or 1.99 acres more or less.
WHEREAS, A public hearing was convened on the matter of rezoning the afore described tractson September 10, 2015, by the Planning Commission for the City of Eel Aire, Kanias inconformance with the requirements set forth in Article Five of the Zoning Regulations of the Cityof BelAire, Kansas;
WHEREAS, Following the public hearing, the Planning Commission found that the evidencesupported recommending approval of this requested zbne change based upon the guidelinesset forth in Article 5.15 of the Zoning Regulations of the city of del Aire, Kansas;
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission for the City of Bel Aire, Kansas recommends approval oftfe applic_ation by the property owner to change for the tract of land, as described above, fromC-1 to R-5;
WHEREAS, the Governing Body has considered the factors set forth in Article 5 of the ZoningRegulations of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF
SECTION 1. The Governing Body adopts the recomComm.ission and approves the plinning Commission,
