AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2000 BUDGET
WHEREAS, Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted a budget for calendar year 2000; and
WHEREAS, Common Council has determined it necessary to transfer money from one major budget classification to another within a department or office; and
WHEREAS, the transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total amount set out in the budget as finally determined under Indiana
Code 6-1.1-1-1 et.seq.; and
WHEREAS, this transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6-1.1-18-6 without notice and without the approval of the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the 2000 budget be amended as follows.
General Fund - Engineering
Delete $3,900.00 from Technical Services
Existing account no. 101.08.080.110.000.3170
Add $850.00 to Copier Charges
Existing account no. 101.08.080.110.000.2120
Add $750.00 to Office Supplies
Existing account no. 101.08.080.101.000.2130
Add $1,800.00 to Gas
Existing account no. 101.08.080.110.000.2210
Add $500.00 to General Supplies
Existing account no. 101.08.080.110.000.2410
Passed and adopted this 7th day of August, 2000, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
