Motion to approve Zoning Ordinance Amendment TLOA-2023-0002 revising Article
6 Nonresidential Districts to increase maximum height in the I-1 Industrial/Research
Park District based on the findings that the amendment furthers objectives of the
Town Plan, and that the proposal would serve the public necessity, convenience,
general welfare and good zoning practice.
