Motion to approve the proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment TLOA-2023-0004
revising Article 18 for the purpose of revising the definition of Inn based on the
findings that the amendment furthers objectives of the Town Plan, and that the
proposal would serve the public necessity, convenience, general welfare and good
zoning practice.
