REQUEST: Provide a copy of all records requests made to the Town of Gulf Stream since
January 1, 2013 through October 14, 2015 which are in possession of the Town of Gulf Stream.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING REQUEST: The term "Town of Gulf Stream" shall
mean each of the following: the Town of Gulf Stream. its Commissioners- its Manager, its employees its
Police Department- its Police Officers and its Counsel (including, without limitation, the following law
firms) Sweetapple, Broeker & Varkus: Richman Greer- PA; and Jones. Foster. Johnston & Stubbs
(including- without limitation- the attorneys, emplovees and partners of each such law firm.)

The Town of Gulf Stream received your public records request on October 14, 2015. You should
be able to view your request at the following link http://WWW2.gulf-

records request by the above referenced numbers.
As you are aware, the Town of Gulf Stream received more than 2,000 public records requests from
January 1, 2013 through October 14, 2015. The Town has endeavored to log every public records
request made to the Town or its records custodians since August 2013 in the Town's public records
logs for 2013, 2014 and 2015, all of which are available on the Town's website httv://www.mdf-
stream.org/ by going to "I WANT TO ...", then "Find a Town Record", then select folder "Public
Records Requests" and go into the folders for 2013, 2014 and 2015 and select the "Public Request
Number Log." To the extent identified in the request, those records indicate the requestor. They
also reflect the date the request was received.
Additionally, all of the written public records requests reflected in the aforementioned logs and
verbal public records requests transcribed by the Town since approximately June 2014 have been
uploaded to the Town's website. Those requests are publicly available to you by going to
www.gulf-stream.org click on "Find a Town Record", click on "Public Records Requests", click
on "2013", "2014" or "2015", click on "Public Records Requests 2013", "Public Records Requests
2014" or "Public Records Requests 2015". The requests can be cross-referenced with the "Public
Records Number Log" also posted on line for the pertinent year.
Furthermore, there are approximately 400 public records that were made to the Town in the spring
of 2013, which requests are publicly available to you by going to www.gulf-stream.org click on
"Find a Town Record", click on "Public Records Requests", click on "2013" and then "Public
Records Requests 2013."
The Town believes that there may be additional records requests made to it or its records custodians
that would be responsive to your request but to gather and produce them will require extensive use
of clerical or supervisory assistance.
The Town may incur expenses for the production of documents. You are responsible for the cost
of duplication, as allowed by Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and you may also incur a special
service charge for the labor needed to respond to this request.
The Town will require 6 hours of administrative support at $40.51 per hour, and 8 hours of
administrative support from the Town's outside legal counsel at $50.00 per hour, the labor cost
of the personnel providing the service, per Fla. Stat. § I I9.07(4)(d). If the costs of producing
these documents will exceed your deposit, the Town will provide you with an initial production
of responsive records and an estimate for the production of any additional responsive records. If
the costs of production are less than the deposit, the Town will provide you with the responsive
records and a refund.

Deposit Due: $632.93 in cash or check.
Upon receipt of your deposit, the Town will use its very best efforts to further respond to your
public records request in a reasonable amount of time.
