REQUESTING APPROV AL OF INSERTION OF $50, 00
THE 2006 BUDGET REVENUE A V AILABLE FRO
THE URBAN ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, NJ.S.A. 40:4-87 provides that the Director of ocal Government
Services may approve the insertion of any special item of reve ue in the budget of
any municipality when such item shall have been made avail le by law and the
amount thereof was not determined at the time of the adoption fthe budget, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Boroug
requests the Director of the Division of Local Government Set ices to approve the
insertion of an item of revenue in the budget of the year 006 in the sum of
$50,000.00 which item is noW available as a revenue from t 1e Urban Enterprise
Zone Progran1.
WHEREAS, said Director may also approve the inserti
appropriation for equal amount.

hereby appropriated under the caption of:
